Order Options - Product Return Policy
If the Customer Loyalty Member cancels
their membership before their
three-month minimum commitment is
completed, a $50 early termination fee
will be charged. Members can cancel
their membership after their commitment
is completed at no charge. Please phone
customer service at 616-281-1900. Please
note: if a Customer Loyalty Member ends
their auto-ship after fulfilling their
three-month commitment they still are
considered members and can order product
at anytime in the future at wholesale
pricing.
A Customer Loyalty Member may change
their next auto-ship order at anytime up
to two business days prior to their next
shipment. These changes must be phoned
in to our customer service department at
616-281-1900.
A Customer Loyalty Member may order
product separately from their monthly
auto-ship at anytime. All customer
loyalty members will receive wholesale
pricing on any orders.
Retail Product refunds:
Since our products produce different
results for different people, we do not
guarantee specific results or offer a
money-back guarantee. Please follow the
directions with each product you receive
and use our exclusive product coach to
answer any of your product usage needs.
Please note: the Applicators are a
cosmetic product and can not be returned
once the foil wrapper is opened. To
receive a refund-all products must be
returned within 30 days of purchase in
re-saleable, un-opened, "new" condition.
It Works! is not responsible for
shipping costs. There will be a 10%
re-stocking fee applied to all customer
returns.
